Class Descriptions

A latin inspired dance fitness workout that integrates Salsa, Reggaeton, Meringue, Bellydance, Hip Hop, and more in a fun, “Party” like atmosphere. Will burn anywhere from 300-1000 calories!! This class is for everyone!! Warning: YOU WILL GET HOOKED!
Pole dancing
A class designed to boost self confidence and release your “inner Diva” with exotic dance moves and pole work that sculpt, tone, and trim the body. Please wear workout attire and gym shoes. All levels welcome.

Yoga
A workout that combines breathing with dynamic flowing movement in a slow style flow. This class will help you build strength and agility as well as utilize relaxation and stress reduction techniques. This flowing Yoga class is appropriate for all yoga levels – beginner to advanced. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Total Body Sculpt
A total body strength workout that will leave you looking lean and tone. We will use balls, bands and hand weights to spice it up! The more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism. A great addition to any cardio workout. *All levels welcome
Bootcamp
Ready for summer? You will be after this class! Workout "bootcamp" style and burn serious calories while toning a tightening any loose spots. This is for all levels as modifications will be shown. Classes do not build upon each other so you have no excuses!!
