What happens during a session?
The first session will consist of a health screening, fitness assessment(s), body composition, and formulating short and long term goals. This will allow me to develop a program specific to your needs.
Subsequent sessions will involve a warm-up, aerobic and/or strength training, cool down, and stretching.
How long does a session last?
The 1st training session will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. Subsequent sessions will last 1 hour.
How many days per week?
Frequency will depend on your goals and time restraints.
Do I need equipment?
Absolutely not. I will provide all necessary equipment with no extra cost to you.
